A panel discussion followed by dinner/drinks on Saturday July 26, from 5:30-8:30pm, at the Lions Shelter in Avery Park (Corvallis). Join our seven speakers to learn more about trail running, whether you are a veteran or just starting out.
Are you interested in running the trails but didn't know how to get started? Already a trail runner, but have questions on how to improve? Just want a night out to listen to and socialize with some of this area's great athletes? Then this Heart of the Valley Runners sponsored event is just the ticket!!!
Please bring something to contribute to the Potluck Dinner. Snacks and beverages will be provided.

Alexandra Helgerson is a filmmaker and runner from Portland. Her recent documentary called AGE GROUP WINNER will be playing at the Darkside Cinema in Corvallis from May 16 - 22.
About AGE GROUP WINNER: Former college athlete turned filmmaker seeks to decipher her enigmatic, world record setting, marathon running father in a decade-in-the-making verité documentary.
