Club Social Events​

Annual Meeting

The annual meeting takes place on the last Sunday of January. It is a potluck style event with club provided refreshments for all. Come help elect the new board members and approve the bylaws for the upcoming year. More information will be posted late fall of each year.

Spring Social

The spring social is typically a pot-luck style event on the Thursday prior to the Mac50k. To celebrate all of our member's accomplishments throughout the spring term and to carbo load members running the Mac50k the following weekend.

​Following the optional social run, members meet back at the shelter for food, drinks, and camaraderie among all. The HOTV board will provide hot dogs, hamburgers and veggie burgers for all members. The HOTV board will also be supplying beer and wine to anyone of age. Other soft drinks and water will be provided as well. To complete the spread, we ask each member to bring either a side dish, dessert or appetizer. More information will be provided in late winter of each year:

Fall Social

As with the spring social, be on the lookout for information on the fall social as the leaves begin to turn. Typically, the fall social is held inside at Five Star Sports or a local brewpub following the Thursday night social. More information will be provided in late summer of each year:
